(Miyada Village) received the Chairman&#8217;s Award for their &#8220;Takane Ruby Honey&#8221; in the Domestic Agricultural and Forestry Products Utilization Division of the 2025 Central Contest for Excellent Local Foods. This rare honey, harvested by Japanese honeybees from the red buckwheat &#8220;Takane Ruby&#8221;, is known for its mild flavor and rich, fruity sweetness. It pairs well with bread, yogurt, and ice cream.
