{"id":2657,"date":"2025-08-07T14:31:27","date_gmt":"2025-08-07T05:31:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hakkochoju-nagano.jp\/en\/?p=2657"},"modified":"2025-09-12T14:33:35","modified_gmt":"2025-09-12T05:33:35","slug":"lets-make-ice-cream","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hakkochoju-nagano.jp\/en\/lets-make-ice-cream\/","title":{"rendered":"Let&#8217;s make ice cream!"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Summer Tech Cafe &#8220;Let&#8217;s Make Ice Cream!&#8221; August 5, 2025<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As part of the Industrial Technology Center&#8217;s summer open house program, the Food Technology Division held &#8220;Summer Tech Cafe: Let&#8217;s Make Ice Cream!&#8221;<br>Center staff explained the different types of ice cream and how they are made, and participants actually made ice cream in an ice cream machine and sampled it. It was quite a unique experience to scoop up freshly made ice cream with a spoon.
