With the aim of refining production techniques and improving the quality of amazake made in Nagano, the 8th Nagano Prefecture Amazake Appraisal Meeting was held at the auditorium on the 4th floor of the Food Technology Division, Industrial Technology Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A total of 21 entries were submitted by miso and sake producers within the prefecture.
