Contest<\/strong><br><em>February 4, 2026<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The National Furusato Specialty Foods Contest is an event that recognizes outstanding regional food products and encourages improvements in quality as well as the development of new products.<br>In the FY2025 National Furusato Specialty Foods Contest, in the <em>Domestic Livestock and Fishery Products Utilization Category<\/em>, <em>\u201cAged White Loin Made with Nagano Prefecture Pork\u201d<\/em> by <strong>Shinshu Ham Co., Ltd.<\/strong>, which was recommended by the Nagano Prefecture Food Industry Association and submitted by Nagano Prefecture, received the <strong>Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The award-winning product is scheduled to be exhibited at the <strong>Kodawari Food Fair 2026<\/strong>, held concurrently with <strong>Supermarket Trade Show 2026<\/strong>, which will take place from <strong>Wednesday, February 18 to Friday, February
