{"id":2772,"date":"2026-02-18T13:44:27","date_gmt":"2026-02-18T04:44:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.hakkochoju-nagano.jp\/en\/?p=2772"},"modified":"2026-06-11T10:27:24","modified_gmt":"2026-06-11T01:27:24","slug":"soy-sauce-competition-award-ceremony","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.hakkochoju-nagano.jp\/en\/soy-sauce-competition-award-ceremony\/","title":{"rendered":"Soy Sauce Competition Award Ceremony"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>The 63rd Nagano Prefecture Soy Sauce Competition Award Ceremony<\/strong><br>February 13, 2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The award ceremony for the Nagano Prefecture Soy Sauce Competition, held on January 27, 2026 (Reiwa 8), took place at the 4th-floor auditorium of the Food Technology Division, Nagano Prefecture General Industrial Technology Center.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From among 21 entries in the <em>koikuchi<\/em> (dark soy sauce) category and 11 entries in the <em>usukuchi<\/em> (light soy sauce) category, the Nagano Prefecture Governor\u2019s Award and Excellence Awards were selected.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The award-winning producers are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Koikuchi Category<\/strong><br>Nagano Prefecture Governor\u2019s Award:<br>Marui Shoyu Co., Ltd. (Nakano City)<br>Miharaya Co., Ltd. (Nagano City)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Excellence Award:<br>Yamamotoya Koji Shop (Sakuho Town)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Usukuchi Category<\/strong><br>Nagano Prefecture Governor\u2019s Award:<br>Marushou Jozo Co., Ltd. (Matsumoto City)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Excellence Award:<br>Matsuokaya Brewery Co., Ltd.
