We are the association of companies in Nagano Prefecture that produce raw noodles (raw buckwheat noodles, raw udon noodles, Chinese noodles, soft spaghetti-style noodle for school lunches, etc.). We work on the quality improvement of fresh noodles and promotion to consumers.
