About us
The purpose of us is to contribute to the development of the soy sauce industry by jointly purchasing raw materials necessary for soy sauce production by association members, improving soy sauce production techniques and quality, and we hold workshops to provide soy sauce production factories with guidance on soy sauce labeling and other labeling and to improve their skills.
