GI Nagano “Sake” Sensory Evaluation Committee Meeting, September 4, 2025

The 13th “Geographical Indication (GI) Nagano” sake certification meeting, which recognizes sake made with ingredients sourced in Nagano Prefecture and produced within the prefecture, was held at the Sakudaira Community Center in Saku City, and 30 sakes were certified.
