Pickles Quality Competition, October 29, 2025

The 69th Pickles Quality Competition was held in the 4th floor auditorium of the Food Technology Department of the Industrial Technology Center.

Competitors were judged based on taste, color, aroma, crispness, and other criteria in two categories: the “Light Pickles” category, which emphasizes the natural flavor and texture of the ingredients, and the “Full Pickles” category, which emphasizes the inherent umami of matured pickles.
