Aged White Loin Made with Nagano Prefecture Pork” Wins Award at the National Furusato Specialty Foods Contest

The National Furusato Specialty Foods Contest is an event that recognizes outstanding regional food products and encourages improvements in quality as well as the development of new products.
In the FY2025 National Furusato Specialty Foods Contest, in the Domestic Livestock and Fishery Products Utilization Category, “Aged White Loin Made with Nagano Prefecture Pork” by Shinshu Ham Co., Ltd., which was recommended by the Nagano Prefecture Food Industry Association and submitted by Nagano Prefecture, received the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award.

The award-winning product is scheduled to be exhibited at the Kodawari Food Fair 2026, held concurrently with Supermarket Trade Show 2026, which will take place from Wednesday, February 18 to Friday, February 20 at Makuhari Messe.
