The 68th Shinshu Soba Competition Award Ceremony – December 5, 2025

The award ceremony for the Shinshu Soba Competition, held on November 6, 2025 , took place at Hotel Metropolitan Nagano. The main award recipients are as follows:

Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries Award

  • Shinshu Soba made with domestically produced buckwheat flour – Karakida Flour Milling Co., Ltd. (Nagano City)

Director-General’s Award, Minister’s Secretariat, Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries

  • Togakushi 80% Soba – Togakushi Matsumoto Seimen Co., Ltd. (Nagano City)
  • Shinshu Togakushi Soba from the Village of Mist and Folktales – Shinshu Togakushi Soba Co., Ltd. (Nagano City)
  • Shinshu Fresh Soba – Serita Foods Co., Ltd. (Nagano City)
