The 63rd Nagano Prefecture Soy Sauce Competition Award Ceremony

The award ceremony for the Nagano Prefecture Soy Sauce Competition, held on January 27, 2026 (Reiwa 8), took place at the 4th-floor auditorium of the Food Technology Division, Nagano Prefecture General Industrial Technology Center.

From among 21 entries in the koikuchi (dark soy sauce) category and 11 entries in the usukuchi (light soy sauce) category, the Nagano Prefecture Governor’s Award and Excellence Awards were selected.
