The Nagano Prefecture Sake Competition for the 2024 brewing year

The Nagano Prefecture Sake Competition for the 2024 brewing year was held at the food technology department of the Nagano Prefecture general industrial technology center, where 113 submitted sakes were judged. (March 18, 2025)

Individual consultation sessions for tojis, brewmasters, were also held. (March 19, 2025)

This event was held to evaluate the current situation and help tojis to improve sake quality in preparation for the Annual Japan Sake Awards.
